GLADSON-NWOKAH Juliet<br>Department of Marketing, Faculty of Administration and Management,<br>Rivers State University Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>This study investigated the correlation between warehouse management system (WMS) and performance of downstream oil and gas companies in Port Harcourt, focusing on how WMS relates to cost reduction, productivity and safe production. Founded on Technology Acceptance Model, the study adopted correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of the study comprised 23 downstream oil and gas companies. All the companies were studied because the population is small. However, 81 respondents provided data for the study through a semi-structured questionnaire designed in 5\u2013point Likert scale. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis was conducted and the results of the analysis revealed that WMS relates positively and significantly to cost reduction, productivity and safe production.
